Most of the coatings need a primer for adhesion to substrates. So most coating systems don’t have a uniform structure and disbonding between layers are very common in them especially when temperature difference in day and night is higher. The PetroChemCoat products does not need any primer and has excellent adhesion to most surfaces like concrete and steel.

Most of good polymers have an age of 5 to 10 years. One year age is very common in regular polymers . The PetroChemCoat products are long life and mostly have an age over 20 years which make them quite economical in comparison with other polymers.

High elasticity property of PetroChemCoat products make them suitable against erosion which brittle coatings are weak against. Also PetroChemCoat products have very good anti corrosion property which will increase the service life of the strucrures.

Many polymers, most of which are  brittle, do not withstand impact and break down from the impact point and destruction begins at the same point. The PetroChemCoat polymers are highly resistant to impact and no cracking occurs at the point of impact.

Salt are so corrosive and destroy most of polymers in a short time . PetroChemCoat produsts have a very considerable resistance against salts.

Flexibility is an important property especially in surfaces that are subject to movement and vibration like bottom of metal tanks. Only high flexible coating could withstand in this situation which PetroChemCoat products are v
